Therapists have basic massage training. This is an adult entertainment establishment — do not expect standard spa-level massage. B2B is available but not at VIP establishment intensity. The people on our videos are who you will meet at the shop.

Private Rooms, Late Hours

All sessions take place in private rooms with fresh linen, hot showers, and personal lockers. Open daily 11:00–01:00.

Sheets and towels are changed for every guest. Rooms are cleaned and ventilated between sessions. Showers have shampoo and body wash. Security CCTV is installed on premises.

Privacy is Our Default

Our entrance is set back from the main road, and arrivals are managed one party at a time. We do not photograph guests, we do not ask for ID beyond what Thai law requires, and we never share customer information. Many of our regulars are professionals visiting Chiang Mai for business — discretion is the standard, not an upgrade.

Therapist Change & Refund Policy

You may request a therapist change within the first 5 minutes of your session at no charge. Once the session has progressed beyond 5 minutes, course changes and refunds are not available.

We are located on Siri Mangkalajarn Road, Lane 9 (Soi 9), in the Suthep / Nimman area of Chiang Mai 50200 — a short ride from Maya Mall, Nimmanhaemin Road, and most Old Town hotels. The pinned Google Map at the bottom of this page shows the exact entrance. Show the Thai address to your taxi or Grab driver if needed.
Walk-ins are welcome whenever therapists are available, but evenings (after 19:00) and weekends fill up fast. We strongly recommend calling +66 83 479 0707 thirty to sixty minutes before you'd like to arrive — that way we can hold your preferred therapist and course. There is no booking fee.
Our front desk speaks basic English. Some therapists speak conversational English. If you prefer to communicate by text, we recommend sending a Line / KakaoTalk / WhatsApp message — translation apps work well for our staff.
The course prices shown are the base rates. Optional add-ons (extended time, additional therapist, Karsai add-on) are listed on a printed menu at the shop. Tips at your discretion. Showers, lockers, water, and basic amenities are free.
All courses include a sensual finish. Any additional arrangements beyond the standard course are a private matter between you and the therapist.
Karsai is a traditional men's wellness technique focused on the lower abdomen and pelvic region, sometimes called 'prostate massage' in English. It improves circulation and is considered safe for healthy adults. Our therapists are specifically trained in Karsai — if you have a relevant medical condition, please let us know before booking.
